PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, since lighting and flashing of a flicker lamp provided in an existing automatic dispenser is a predetermined regular action consequential on voting, a fan responds to the lighting and flashing of the flicker lamp as an operation guide and does not take it as part of amusement.;SOLUTION: When selected as a terminal for producing illuminated display for some race under instructions from a host 2, a totalization terminal 1 produces illuminated display during a period in which voting tickets for a selected race are sold, and, when a fan votes during illuminated display, issues a service ticket together with the voting ticket.
