PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a plurality of video signals on display devices constituted as a multi-display system, without using a synthesizer.;SOLUTION: A display control device of a display device includes: a first transmission unit which transmits a main video signal, a main video signal change size, and divided area allocation information to another display device connected to a succeeding stage of the display device in a daisy chain; a division position information generation unit which obtains division position information indicative of a divided area for a slave video signal; a display position generation unit which obtains a display position indicative of a position on a display screen of the slave video signal in the case of display of a video image including the main video signal and the slave video signal on the whole of a plurality of display devices in a multi-screen system; and a second transmission unit which transmits the slave video signal, a slave video signal change size indicative of a change size for changing a screen size for the slave video signal to a size corresponding to the multi-screen system, the division position information, and the display position to the display device connected to the succeeding stage.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
