PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a power consumption suppression policy appropriate to a site, on a screen.SOLUTION: A policy display system comprises: a client that includes a creation unit creating a symbol locating each site displayed on a screen in a graph representing a power consumption state of the site; and a server that includes an extraction unit extracting a power consumption suppression policy based on whether the site located by the designated symbol is an own site and on the power consumption state of the site located by the designated symbol on the basis of information received from the client and relating to the site located by the designated symbol, and the client includes a control unit exerting a control to display the policy extracted by the extraction unit on the screen.
