PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantum dot dispersion liquid capable of maintaining a state, where quantum dots are stably dispersed, over a long term, and capable of manufacturing a photoelectrode of a quantum dot dye-sensitized solar cell with high productivity and at low cost.;SOLUTION: A quantum dot dispersion liquid L2 of the present invention is used for adsorbing quantum dots to a semiconductor layer of a photoelectrode of a quantum dot dye-sensitized solar cell, and includes quantum dots 23 in which a ligand 23a adsorbed to a semiconductor layer is coordinated, hydroxide having a base dissociation constant pKb of 4.75 or less, and a polar solvent, the ligand being represented by the following formula (1).
