PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug delivery carrier which has high safety in toxicity, antigenicity or the like and is capable of carrying a large amount of an optional drug, and provide a technique of selectively delivering an optional drug to a required tissue by a required amount.SOLUTION: There is provided a drug delivery carrier in which a negatively charged bubble liposome and a positively charged cationic peptide are bound on a surface of the bubble liposome by electrostatic interaction. Further, a drug delivery composite body utilizing the drug delivery carrier is provided. Furthermore, a drug delivery system composed of the drug delivery composite body and a predetermined ultrasonic irradiation device is provided.
