PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe member having high slidability when forming a slidable film in a syringe gasket.SOLUTION: The syringe member includes an elastic molded body having a sliding area, wherein at least the sliding area is subjected to surface treatment with a treatment liquid containing a silicone oil, and the silicone oil is a modified silicone oil with blocked both-terminal hydroxy groups having an amino group in a side chain.
