PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that the degree of adhesion between a metal base material and an amorphous metal film is low, and to provide a film-fitted metal or the like stably usable in actual industrial apparatus-equipment.;SOLUTION: Regarding a metallic material in which the amorphous metal film is formed on the surface of the metal base material via a ground material: (a) the layer of the ground material is formed on the base material with a layer obtained by melting the base material and the ground material each other interposed; and (b) the layer of an amorphous metal film is formed on the layer of the ground material with a first intermediate layer obtained by melting the ground material and the metal (general metal which is not amorphous one) in the components of the above amorphous metal each other and a second intermediate layer obtained by melting the metal (general metal which is not the amorphous one) in the components of the above amorphous metal, and the above amorphous metal each other interposed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
