This invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a connecting end of a double-sheeted gas-carrying tube (5) formed of an outer tube (10) and an inner tube (12), characterized in that a connecting end of the outer tube (10), to which a connecting tube (7) will be attached, is plastically deformed by means of a punch (26).
