The present invention is intended to obtain a Stress-Deformation curve by configuring a pendulum for performing impact-tension tests, this being integrated by a support of lateral plates (2), a support base (3) and an impact pendulum (4), which is fastened to the lateral support plates (2) by means of rotation axis (5); a digital angle meter (6) attached to the rotation axis (5); an impact head (7) having a substantially rectangular shape where one of the end portions thereof presents a stepped surface (8) for allowing the graduated cylinder (9) to be visible at the impact moment; a high speed chamber (13) for taking samples in a range of at least 30000 squares per second, so that it is required to use a high intensity lamp (12), and fastening clamps (10) formed by two "L"-shaped plates, which are arranged over a rail (10) that allows said clamps (10) to be fastened as required.
