The present invention relates to a food product consisting of chicken hot-dogs with low sodium content and alimentary fibers addition, consisting of 25...27% water, 60...62% chicken breast, 18...19% lard, 3.3...3.5% dietetic alimentary fibers, 1.8...2% milk proteins, 1.4...1.6% mixture of sodium and potassium chloride with sodium nitrite, 3.0...3.5 g/kg sodium and potassium polyphosphates, together with extracts of yeasts, natural flavours, spices and ascorbic acid.
