the dietetic food is described which is in the form of a chip, and is characterized by a high content of dietary fiber and reduced in calories, and contains the following ingredients in percentage by weight: 60 to 85% of wheat flour, vegetable oil, 8 to 16% refined, 5 to 25% to 2.2% glucomannan, malt extract, 1 to 2% of refined salt and 0.2 to 0.8% of yeast.the process for the production of such a food comprises the following steps: a) mixing glucomannan and separately in the vegetable oil; (b) all the other ingredients, knead dough kneaded; and (c) to rise for about 18 hours; and (d) mixing the mixture of g lucomannane and refined vegetable oil in the dough kneaded dough to rise; (e) the full ground up.for about 30 to 60 minutes; (f) superimposed layers through pastry and dough cutting; (g) laminated with a matrix of circular shape; and (h) make the laminated on the grill and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes at a temperature of about 220 in 320u00b0c.
