A method of obtaining protein from sunflower meal includes the grinding of the meal, extraction of proteins in solution of sodium chloride in the water ratio 1:(8-10) with an optional physical processing, the separation of the solid particles of meal from the protein extract by centrifugation, isoelectric precipitation of proteins from the extract by adding a solution of hydrochloric acid to pH 4.0 to 4.6, and the subsequent separation of a protein paste by centrifugation.
