The method for determining the effect of vitamin B1 metabolism disorder on the functioning of the neuromuscular synapse by introducing to experimental animals antagonist of vitamin B1 - oxitiamine. The histograms of distribution of the amplitudes of miniature endplate potentials are compiles, with comparing those, and by the deviations from the norm, the effect of nutritional vitamin B1 deficiency on functioning of neuromuscular synapse is determined.
