METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE EFFECT OF VITAMIN B1 metabolic disorder on the functioning of the neuromuscular synapse

The method for determining the effect of nutritional vitamin B1 deficiency on functioning of the neuromuscular synapse by creating a thiamine-deficient state. The histogram of distribution of amplitudes caused by electrical stimulation of the nerve endplate potentials is compiled, with comparison and by the deviations from the norm the effect of nutritional vitamin B1 deficiency on functioning of the neuromuscular synapse is determined.
