The purpose of the present invention is to provide a synthetic resin laminate which is used for a transparent substrate material or protection material, and which has excellent shape stability and surface hardness in high-temperature or high-humidity environments.The above-mentioned objective is achieved by laminating a resin composition on one surface of a base layer that is mainly composed of a polycarbonate, said resin composition being obtained by polymer-alloying (i) 25-100% by mass of a specific styrene-unsaturated dicarboxylic acid copolymer having 45-70% by mass of a styrene monomer unit, 10-30% by mass of an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydride monomer unit and 10-35% by mass of a vinyl monomer with (ii) 75-0% by mass of a resin that has a vinyl monomer as a constituent unit. A synthetic resin laminate according to the present invention has excellent shape stability and surface hardness, and the present invention provides the above-described synthetic resin laminate and a transparent material or the like, which uses the synthetic resin laminate.
