The outer peripheral surface of the second body part (12) and the inner peripheral surface of a bobbin body part (21) are in contact with each other, and the outer peripheral surface of the first body part (11), and the inner peripheral surface of an object end (21a) that is an end of the bobbin body part (21) on the side toward the first body part (11) from the second body part (12) in the axial direction (L) are apart from each other in at least a partial region in a circumferential direction.
