The present invention relates to an electronic doll implementation system and method and, more specifically, to an electronic doll implementation system and method controlled by short-range communication with its own smartphone having received a command from a counterpart smartphone. An electronic doll implementation system controlled by a transmission smartphone by means of a reception smartphone according to the present invention comprises: the transmission smartphone for transmitting, to a reception smartphone, a control command of an electronic doll, the transmission smartphone corresponding to a main control device of the electronic doll; the reception smartphone for receiving the control command from the transmission smartphone to transmit the control command to the electronic doll through short-range communication; a management server for transferring and managing the control command between the transmission smartphone and the reception smartphone; and the electronic doll for receiving the control command of the transmission smartphone from the reception smartphone through the short-range communication and expressing a result corresponding thereto.
