Provided in the present invention is a food composition for reducing joint pain containing 30-70 wt% of Achyrathes japonica nakai extract and 30-70 wt% of Sorbus commixta. When the composition of the present invention is taken, an advantage of not only reducing knee pain, but also providing an effect of treating arthritis is provided.
