A method for preparing a food composition for joint pain relief according to the present invention comprises: a step (a) of preparing an ethanol extract by removing the ethanol after dipping eucommia bark, Sorbus commixta, achyranthes and soybean in the ground state into ethanol; a step (b) of preparing ethanol and a hot water extract by applying hot water to the ethanol extract of the step (a); a step (c) of preparing a hot water extract by adding again hot water to residue separated after preparing the ethanol and the hot water extract of the step (b); and a step (d) of mixing the ethanol and the hot water extract of the step (b) with the hot water extract of the step (c) at a weight ratio of 1 : 0.1-10 to prepare a mixture.
