The present invention provides a food composition for alleviating joint pain comprising 30 wt% to 70 wt% of a sprue extract and 30 wt% to 70 wt% of a twig extract. The use of the composition of the present invention not only alleviates knee pain but also provides an advantage of improving arthritis.
