The present invention relates to an inner liner for a container bag which has a wide receiving part to receive powder; an inlet and an outlet connected to the top and bottom of the receiving part to improve durability and capability since the inner liner is formed on the same structure as a container bag; and improves economic efficiency through the consumption reduction of raw materials. The inner liner for a container bag is formed by coupling the edges of a polyethylene terephthalate sheet layer which forms an outline, an aluminum sheet layer formed on the polyethylene terephthalate sheet layer, and a multi-layer sheet formed on the aluminum sheet layer composed of linear low-density polyethylene sheet layers to each other. The edges of each side surface of the receiving part are coupled to each other by corresponding to the inner cross section of the container bag to form a square cross section. The edge parts of the multi-layer sheet to form the outer surface of the receiving part are curved outwards to be inclined, and are thermally fused to the linear low-density polyethylene sheet layer. The bonded edge part of the multi-layer sheet forms the overlapping coupling corner parts to be coupled to the inner surface of the container bag.
