The present invention relates to a method for matching couples with an optimal condition based on the weight ratio of a spouse index. A user terminal accesses a server. Spouse conditions and preference about the spouse conditions are stored in a membership database. The server produces the importance of each spouse condition by averaging the preference of all the members. The server extracts the search scope of the spouse condition. Members with the opposite gender are searched in the membership database. A matching index is calculated. The weight ratio is calculated from the importance of the spouse condition.
