The present invention relates to a heat exchanger with multi flow paths. More particularly, the present invention relates to a heat exchanger with multi flow paths to prevent the deterioration of the cooling performance of a supper conductor. Cooling pipes for a cooling medium which cools liquid nitrogen intersects with a circulation pipe for circulating liquid nitrogen several times, thereby preventing the deterioration of the cooling performance of a supper conductor due to the congelation of the liquid nitrogen by the cooling medium and the bad circulation of the liquid nitrogen in the circulation pipe.
