The cultivating method of a sprout garlic with minerals extracted from mica

A method for cultivating softened sprout garlic of the present invention comprises: an aqueous solution preparing step of preparing an aqueous solution containing minerals, which are derived from mica through a milling process; a culture liquid preparing step of preparing a culture liquid by subjecting the aqueous solution containing minerals, which is prepared in the aqueous solution preparing step, to a filtering process and a diluting process; a step of supplying the culture liquid, which is prepared in the culture liquid preparing step, to a medium containing pumice stone, perlite, or a mixture thereof; and a step of seeding and sowing garlic seed bulbs in the medium. Especially, the softened sprout garlic is cultivated in an aseptic condition using the medium containing the culture liquid extracted from mica and pumice stone or perlite, thereby raising the dormancy breaking ratio to increase the output, maintaining high quality of sprout garlic due to multiple times of harvest, and allowing the whole softened sprout garlic, from the root to the sprout, to be edible.
