The present invention provides an accident information providing system and an accident information providing method using the same. According to the present invention, a vehicle terminal provides a method for improving the stability and compatibility of Bluetooth connection with the mobile terminal to transmit automatically accident information in case of an accident. The present invention includes: a first network interface which obtains vehicle state information collected from a sensor apparatus; a control unit which generates accident information based on the vehicle state information; and a second network interface which forms a second network to transmit the accident information to an external terminal through the mobile terminal.
