According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method of managing real property development fund running on real property development fund system including construction owners terminal, construction companys terminal and process control server comprises: a stage for requesting an approval of the payment application message to the construction owners terminal when the process management server receives the payment application message from the construction company; a stage for depositing cash to a payment management account wherein the construction owners terminal provides the authentication result of the payment application message to the process control server by reviewing the details of the payment application message based on the real property process management information after accessing to the process management server; a stage for creating a specification for a payment based on the real property process management information when the process management server receives the authentication result of the payment application message; and a stages for payment to each of the user account associated with real property development wherein the process management server already deposited the amount in the payment management account based on specification for the payment.
