There is isoflavone from soybean content and the oxidation resistant ability of increasing the present invention relates to a kind of manufacture, the sprouting swollen soybean including seed and irradiated far infrared to the soya seeds of sprouting. In the present invention, it provides also to have containing soy food product and beverage and increases isoflavone content and oxidation resistant ability. Those of what optimum condition increased that isoflavone content and oxidation resistant ability obtain in the present invention, which be expected to use as basic resources for research, can be applied to various plants and soybean. ;The 2015 of copyright KIPO submissions
