In a housing funds operation system for providing a housing funds support service, disclosed are a housing funds operation system including: a contract conclusion part for concluding a conditional bond contract with a user who applies the housing funds support service; a bond money treatment part which receives and manages bond money of the conditional bond contract from the user before a condition precedent of the conditional bond contract is satisfied; and a bond value treatment part which pays a value of bond to a payment institution which pays housing funds to the user, in case the condition precedent is satisfied.
