PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fund management-operation system and a fund management-operation method for attaining early funding of sales proceeds.;SOLUTION: When a funding source financial institution host computer 34 registers a disbursed remittance amount on the basis of sales amount information received from a teller machine 3, a device 32 for cash management-operation transmits, to a fund payment source financial host computer 35, a disbursed remittance request that is information for causing a fund equivalent to the disbursed remittance amount managed by the funding source financial institution host computer 34 to be remitted to a remittance account. When a disbursed remittance registration is received, the funding source financial institution host computer 34 registers the disbursed remittance amount and, when the disbursed remittance request is received via the fund payment source financial host computer 35, remits the fund to the remittance account.
