The present invention provides a method for separating undifferentiated cells from a bone marrow aspirate. According to the present invention, the separation method can be used to separate the undifferentiated cells from the bone marrow aspirate at a high purity rate. The undifferentiated cells separated by using the method can be used in various cell therapies.
