Disclosed are the inverse transformation design apparatus and the inverse transformation design method thereof. The inverse transformation design apparatus and the inverse transformation design method according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a file combining unit for receiving a plurality of files containing member related design measures data and thereby, combining a member shape within the plurality of files to one; a first data input unit for inputting outer contour line data and inner contour line data with respect to a plurality of members combined through the file combining unit; a second data input unit for inputting contraction data corresponding to contraction conditions by means of member bonding, with respect to the plurality of members combined through the file combining unit; and an inverse transformation shape deriving unit for calculating, based on the data input by the first data input unit and the second data input unit, an inverse transformation design shape with respect to the plurality of members to be assembled, and deriving a shape to be inversely designed by entering assembly reference line data, which serves as a reference when assembling the plurality of members within the calculated inverse transformation design shape.
