METHOD FOR CULTURING SPERMATOGONIAL STEM CELLS WITHOUT FEEDER CELLS

The present invention relates to a method for culturing spermatogonial stem cells without feeder cells and, more specifically, to a method for externally culturing spermatogonial stem cells for a long time. According to the present inveniton, the method reduces culturing time unlike a method for culturing germ line stem cells which need much time and cost using the feeder cells as well as externally and stably culturing spermatogonial for a long time and has an effect on exhibiting high cell proliferating rate by culturing spermatogonial stem cells without feeder cells in a plate coated by matrigel having high biological activity and similarity to basal membrane.
