The present invention relates to a ramie beef bone broth and a method for producing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a ramie beef bone broth having excellent functions and functionalities, wherein a ramie extract having a particular sugar degree is produced from raw ramie, and the produced ramie extract is used as a material of a beef bone broth, and to a ramie beef bone broth produced through the same.
