The present invention relates to a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) marker composition related to a Korean beef meat flavor, and a method for diagnosing a Korean beef meat flavor by using the same. Provided is a composition for diagnosing a Korean beef meat flavor, wherein the composition includes a polynucleotide and a complementary polynucleotide thereof, and the polynucleotide has 5-50 continuous DNA sequences including one or more single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers selected from the group consisting of 26th nucleotide of sequence number 1 to sequence number 31. Moreover, the present invention provides a method and kit for diagnosing a Korean beef meat flavor by using the SNP marker. Based on the same, Korean beef meat having an excellent taste is developed, so Korean beef may be improved to an advanced level by usefully using the same.
