The present invention relates to a system for re-using a fungus body used for a continuous culturing process, wherein the system comprises: a fermenting tank in which a culture medium is stored; a cell separator which separates the culture medium provided to the fermenting tank into a fungus body and a culture medium liquid through a separating means to be discharged; a drip tube which prevents the contamination of the culture medium provided from a culture medium supplying unit and controls the speed of the culture medium to be supplied to the fermenting tank; and a collecting line which collects the fungus body discharged from the cell separator to be supplied to the fermenting tank. When succinic acid is produced through a continuous culturing process according to the present invention, the succinic acid has higher productivity than when produced through a batch culturing process. A production process can be performed at lower costs than existing production costs. Moreover, through liquid culturing on an industrial scale using the succinic acid producing strain liquid culture medium and continuous culturing process according to the present invention, succinic acid which can be variously used for petrochemical complex derivatives and medicinal and food industries can be competitively mass-produced at low costs.
