The present invention relates to an anti-oxidant cosmetic composition of diminishing pores containing at least one material selected from a group consisting quince, lemon balm or orange blossom, which has effects of inhibiting sebum and inflammation and of improving pores and acne. More specifically, the anti-oxidant cosmetic composition of diminishing pores comprises quince, lemon balm and orange blossom whose ratio is 1:1:1 or 3:2:2. In the present invention provided is the cosmetic composition having anti-oxidant and anti-inflammation effects.
