The present invention relates to a technology configured to be able to output a phase by calibrating the phase by itself without outside control when I signal and Q signal are generated in an RF chip. To this end, the present invention is configured such that under the control of a controlling part, a first IQ signal generating part and a second IQ signal generating part output: an I signal; an Ib signal having a phase opposite to that of the I signal; a Q signal having a target phase; a Qb signal having a phase opposite to that of the Q signal; and a calibration completion signal respectively, and a multiplexer outputs the I signal, Ib signal, Q signal, and Qb signal through selecting alternatively.
