According to an embodiment of the present invention, a vaginitis test chip comprises: a support plate having a plurality of electrodes; a filter unit positioned on one surface of the support plate and separating plasma from blood; and a reagent reaction unit positioned between the filter unit and the support plate and including a plasma accommodating chamber accommodating plasma, a reaction chamber connected with a plasma accommodating chamber to receive the plasma and accommodate a reagent, and a contrast chamber accommodating a reagent. The reagent reaction unit includes a plurality of bacteria test chambers having the reaction camber and the contrast chamber as one set. The bacteria test chambers are arranged to be apart from each other in a circumferential direction with respect to the plasma accommodating chamber. The bacteria test chambers accommodate reagents different from each other reacting depending on the types of bacteria, respectively. The electrodes are installed in the contrast chamber and the reaction chamber to measure an impedance value of a reagent in the contrast chamber and an impedance value of a reagent performing antibody and antigen response on the bacteria of the plasma in the reaction chamber.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
