FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing products containing active components. A method of producing a product includes providing a coating liquid containing at least one active component, a saccharide and a water-immiscible solvent. Particles containing one or more water-soluble gel-forming compounds are fed for particle fluidisation in the operating chamber of an apparatus. The particles move in the chamber upwards on a helical path. The working chamber has one or more openings for feeding the liquid into the working chamber, an inlet opening at the bottom of the working chamber and an outlet opening. This enables gas to move through the working chamber. The inlet opening is provided with a guide such that when the gas moves through the inlet opening, after exiting the guide the gas moves upwards on a rotational path. Further, the coating liquid is sprayed onto the particles to obtain coated particles and the coated particles are left to dry.
