Pomelo peel essential oil extraction method by peel icing and breaking

A pomelo peel essential oil extraction method by peel icing and breaking. The method comprises: first selecting fresh pomelos, using a peeling machine to peel outermost cell layers of the fresh pomelos, and collecting the outer peel which is 1.5 mm to 2.5 mm thick; slowly icing the pomelo peel cell layers at -15°C to -30°C to form ice; using a breaker to break the pomelo peel ice; thawing the broken ice, and then using a screw extrusion press for pressing to obtain a pressed mixed liquid; adding 3 to 4 mass% of salt into the pressed mixed liquid, allowing the liquid to stand and layer under reduced pressure to obtain an oil-water mixed liquid; and distilling the mixed liquid under reduced pressure, collecting distillate to obtain the oil-water mixed liquid, allowing the oil-water mixed liquid to layer naturally, and removing the water layer to obtain the pomelo peel essential oil.
