[SUMMARY] It is a subject of the present invention to provide a novel polymer; a filler for measuring a perfluoro compound having an acidic group at terminal which comprises said polymer; a column filled with said filler; and a measuring method for a perfluoro compound having an acidic group at terminal by using said column; as well as a filler for measuring a drug comprising the above-described polymer; a column filled with said filler; and a measuring method for a drug by using said column. The present invention relates to a polymer obtained by introducing an anion exchanging group to a glycidyl group in a polymer obtained by polymerizing the compound represented by the following general formula [1]: and the compound represented by the following general formula [2]: a filler (column) for measuring an acidic group binding perfluoro compound at terminal which comprises said polymer; a method for measuring said perfluoro compound by using said column; a filler (column) for measuring a drug which comprises the above-described polymer; and a method for measuring a drug by using said column.
