The present invention relates to a heat reclaim arrangement for a multifunction air conditioner which performs multiple operating modes such as cooling mode, cooling with water heating mode, water heating mode, and defrost function that is suitable for cold climate application. Refrigerant circuits with simple arrangements are provided to form the above arrangements.
