Next, an evaluation function is set by an evaluation function setting unit 5, and a set-division constraint is set by a set-division constraint setting unit 4. Then, an optimum solution for optimizing the evaluation function on the basis of the set set-division constraints, which is a combination of feasible stacks in which each of target steels is included without omissions and without duplications, is calculated by an optimum solution calculation unit 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
