PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autonomous underwater vehicle for underwater pipeline inspection, capable of reducing loss risks.;SOLUTION: An autonomous underwater vehicle for underwater pipeline inspection for inspecting an underwater pipeline while traveling through the underwater pipeline includes a machine body propulsion means for propelling the machine body in a traveling direction, pipeline searching means 5 for searching the underwater pipeline located in the traveling direction, speed setting means 11 for setting the setting speed of the machine body, propulsion control means 12 for controlling the output of the propulsion means so as to achieve the setting speed, and accuracy output means 5 for outputting the searching accuracy of the underwater pipeline based on the searching information of the pipeline searching means 5.
