PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a main body liner and a method for treating a faecal incontinence.SOLUTION: A main body liner 100 may be formed of one or more liner layers, and in some cases, may be provided with one or more adhesion regions 114 so as to be connected to skin of a wearer. The main body liner may be configured to absorb fluid, and fluid may be selectively allocated to the main body liner. A device for treating faecal incontinence comprises a main body liner structured such that a size thereof is fitted to be at least partially arranged in an intergluteal cleft.
