CONVEYANCE DEVICE OF TRAY ACCOMMODATING MINCED MEAT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance device of a tray accommodating minced meat which can orderly transfer the tray to a succeeding process without disturbance.;SOLUTION: In a conveyance device of a tray accommodating minced meat, band-like minced meat conveyed by a minced meat conveyor is cut by a fixed length with a cutter, accommodated in the tray at a receiving position near an end part of the minced meat conveyor, and transferred to a conveyance conveyor from an end part of a tray conveyor. A stop position of the tray conveyor is determined such that the tray can be dropped while sliding onto the conveyance conveyor by self-weight at the stop position. A succeeding empty tray is arranged to reach the receiving position of minced meat at the stop position. The once stopped tray conveyor is re-started after the dropped tray passes a rotation locus space of a conveyance jaw at the end part of the tray conveyor.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
