TRAY SUPPLY DEVICE IN MINCED MEAT DISH-UP MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray supply device in a minced meat dish-up machine in which the switching with change of a merchandise item of a minced meat dish-up product is accelerated, and thereby the production efficiency can be improved.SOLUTION: A minced meat dish-up machine 1 cuts the minced meat extruded from a chopper 3 with a cutter 6 and dished up to trays 9. The machine is configured as follows: bottom surfaces of the trays stacked to a tray supply device 2 are adsorbed by an adsorber; the trays are separated one by one and moved to the top of a transport conveyor 12; and the adsorption is released and the trays are sent out to a tray conveyor 10 by the transport conveyor. The absorber reciprocates from the upper end position for adsorbing the bottom surface of the tray to the lower end position on the transport conveyor for placing the tray. In relation to the dish-up weight to the tray and the setting of the tray balancing with the dish-up weight, at least any one of the upper end position of the adsorber, the descent speed of the adsorber, the timing for releasing adsorption, and the transport speed of the transport conveyor is automatically adjusted to become a proper value adapting to the set tray.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
