PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sparkling beverage production method capable of suppressing foaming during production of a sparkling beverage.SOLUTION: A sparkling beverage production method includes: an addition step S1 of adding alcohol into a mixing tank so that the concentration of the alcohol becomes 10% or more and adding a foaming agent and/or a raw material thereto to obtain a preparation liquid; a first mixing step S2 of mixing the preparation liquid obtained in the addition step S1 to obtain a liquid mixture; and a second mixing step S3 of mixing water and/or carbon dioxide-containing water with the liquid mixture obtained in the first mixing step S2 to obtain a concentration-adjusted liquid whose alcohol concentration is adjusted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
