PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide binding compounds that specifically bind to human thymic stromal lymphopoietin (SLP), as well as to provide uses thereof in the treatment of inflammatory disorders and allergic inflammatory response.SOLUTION: A binding compound that specifically binds to human TSLP comprises at least one antibody heavy chain variable region or a TSLP-binding fragment thereof, the heavy chain variable region comprising a specific nucleic acid sequence. The binding compound, preferably, comprises two heavy chain variable regions of a specific sequence and more preferably comprises a light chain variable region of three specific sequences. Additionally preferably, the binding sequence specifically binds to human TSLP comprising a specific sequence or a variant thereof and a heavy chain variable region comprising a specific sequence having at least 97% homology to the sequence.SELECTED DRAWING: None
