PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance cost calculation system of a particle detector capable of calculating maintenance cost of a particle detector.;SOLUTION: The maintenance cost calculation system of a particle detector includes a relation storage device 401 for storing a relation between the total number of particles measured for a prescribed period by a particle detector 20 and maintenance cost of components of the particle detector 20 in each component, a total number measurement part 301 for measuring the total number of particles measured for a prescribed period by the particle detector 20, an individual cost specification part 302 for specifying maintenance cost of each component of the particle detector 20 on the basis of the relation and the total number of the measured particles, and a total cost calculation part 303 for calculating the total sum of the maintenance cost.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
